We deliver within Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville. We’re hoping to expand our delivery area in the coming months, sign up for our newsletter to find out where and when! Delivery is included for free with every subscription and your meals will come to your doorstep between 12-6 pm on Sunday afternoons. We will send you a text message to let you know when your meals have been dropped off. Once dropped at your residence, Llama Lunch is no longer responsible for the contents of your delivery box.

You have the flexibility of choosing 3, 4 or 5 lunches/week as well as to change yours
subscription anytime! Subscriptions are ongoing and can be edited (how many days as well as
what is included in your lunches), paused or cancelled every week. Edits must be complete by
midnight on Wednesdays to take effect for that Sunday delivery, otherwise they will take effect
the following Sunday.

All meals are delivered fresh and can be stored in the refrigerator. In some cases there may be
a note included with your delivery to notify you of which meals to eat first in the week in order to
enjoy them at their best!

We have many options available for all tastes, however at this time we aren’t able to make
omissions or substitutions of ingredients on our selections.

Our meals have been tested to last up until the end of day on friday and often longer. If you
have meals ordered that would be best eaten earlier, We’ll include a note to let you know that
your child should take it earlier in the week to enjoy it at it’s best!

We pride ourselves on providing wholesome meals made fresh every week with the addition of minimally processed pre-packaged foods that we’re sure your kids will love!

We are working on adding Nutritional content and ingredients to the website. We are also continually
looking to source more healthy options with less processing and wholesome ingredients. If you see menu
changes, you’ll know that this is why!

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If the cancellation occurs after Wednesday at midnight, it will take effect the following Sunday and you will still receive your week of orders on the Sunday.

Another option before canceling your subscription is to Pause it. This is best to do if you plan a holiday or don’t want to receive orders during school breaks. The policy is the same as order edits, it must be done by midnight on Wednesday in order to not receive meals on that Sunday and you will receive a reminder text and email to do it. Pausing allows you to simply continue the same subscription after your break instead of having to set up a new account.
